1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

• "User," "You," or "Player" refers to any individual who registers an account with max388, accesses the Platform, or places wagers using the Service.

2. Eligibility

By using the max388 Platform, you represent and warrant that:

Failure to provide requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3. Account Registration

To access the full functionality of the max388 Platform, you must create a personal Account. During registration, you will be required to provide:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address
• Mobile phone number registered in Indonesia
• Date of birth
• Residential address in Indonesia (including city and postal code)
• A secure password meeting our minimum complexity requirements

You agree to keep your Account credentials confidential and secure. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed by an unauthorized third party, you must notify max388 immediately via our customer support channels. max388 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access due to your failure to maintain adequate security.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account with max388. Opening multiple Accounts, also known as "multi-accounting," is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances and winnings. max388 employs sophisticated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts, including monitoring of personal details, payment methods, device fingerprints, and IP addresses.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

max388 supports deposits via a wide range of Indonesian banking and e-wallet methods, including but not limited to:

• Indonesian bank transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), and Bank Permata
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10,000. Deposits are typically processed instantly and credited to your Account balance within seconds. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds to prevent money laundering.

max388 does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees or currency conversion charges, which are beyond our control.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously verified by max388.
• You must have completed identity verification (KYC) if requested by max388.
• All bonus wagering requirements and turnover conditions must be satisfied before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Your Account must not have any pending investigations, disputes, or violations of these Terms.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method but are typically completed within 5 to 30 minutes for bank transfers and 2 to 15 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delays may occur during Indonesian public holidays (such as Idul Fitri, Nyepi, or Independence Day) or due to technical issues with banking infrastructure beyond max388's control.

max388 reserves the right to request additional documentation or impose withdrawal limits if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of anti-money laundering regulations.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

max388 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including:

• Eligibility criteria: Some bonuses are available only to new players, while others may be targeted at specific user segments or loyalty tiers.
• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds typically require a minimum turnover (e.g., 10x, 20x, or 30x the bonus amount) before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.

Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, collusion, or exploiting software errors, will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings, and may lead to permanent Account closure.

6. Responsible Gaming

max388 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and preventing problem gambling. We encourage all players to gamble responsibly and within their means. We provide the following tools to help you manage your play:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control the amount of money you can add to your Account.

• Time-Out Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days to take a break from gambling.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the max388 Platform, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audiovisual elements, is the exclusive property of max388 or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from max388.

9. Limitation of Liability

max388 provides the Platform and Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform. To the fullest extent permitted by law, max388 disclaims all liability for:

• Losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions, or third-party service disruptions
• Errors in odds, game results, or payout calculations, provided we take reasonable steps to correct such errors
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your Account credentials
• Third-party actions, including but not limited to payment processor delays, banking errors, or fraud by other users
• Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform

In no event shall max388's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your Account balance at the time the claim arose or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

10. Dispute Resolution

We will investigate all complaints in good faith and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing formal legal action. Any unresolved disputes shall be governed by the laws of Indonesia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

11. Amendments to Terms

max388 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you, subject to completion of verification and compliance with these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising from or related to your use of the max388 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.
